A traditional brand representing Grace Wine, highly regarded worldwide

This is the flagship brand of Grace Wine, which produces wine with the goal of spreading Japan's representative grape variety, Koshu, around the world.
Amid the popularity of Japanese cuisine and Japanese regional characteristics overseas, this brand was introduced by British wine critic Jancis Robinson as a representative Japanese wine.

Koshu grapes are grown in Katsunuma, in the mountainous region at an altitude of over 400m , and are fermented and stored in stainless steel tanks.
We do not use sur lie or low-temperature fermentation, and instead brew our sake carefully and with care to make the most of the transparency, refreshing taste, delicate fruit aroma, and distinctive crisp flavor that Koshu is known for.
