The main ingredient is Koshu grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture, blended with Neo Muscat grapes.
We carefully consider the origin, variety, and condition of the grapes of the year, and then blend them in a balanced way and slowly age them.
In addition to its elegant fruitiness and pleasant acidity, it also has the musky aroma that is unique to Muscat, giving it a more gorgeous, fruity aroma.
