Delaware and Steuben brewed in various brewing methods and blended in Summer 2022.
10% of the ingredients are fermented in bunches and aged for about 10 months. Amphora aging and stainless steel tank aging are about half and half.
Of course, it is spontaneously fermented with wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, and does not use other additives such as antioxidants.

The color is reddish orange. A rich scent like a combination of strawberry syrup and orange honey.
The sweet and sour taste of berries is also felt, and the tannins extracted from the peel and seeds are accented in the depth.
Overall, it has a fresh, succulent sharpness.
