"Meat-only" red wine that goes well with Japanese meat dishes

This red wine was created in response to the request for a red wine specifically for meat.
Japan has many delicious meat dishes such as steak, hamburger steak, ginger grilled meat, hotpot meat, and sukiyaki.
The sake quality is designed based on acidity, which can be enjoyed both chilled and at room temperature.

It is made with the idea that it goes well with lean fish, and instead of being a heavy red, it has a refreshing, deep aftertaste and sharpness.
A mellow Steuben, a medium taste of Merlot, and a sharp aftertaste that characterizes Hokkaido.
We are assembling them to create a Japanese-style red wine.

Malolactic fermentation occurs inside the bottle, and it will fizzle when you open the bottle, but after the second glass, the bubbles disappear, and you can enjoy the change in aroma and taste in the glass.
