A blend of Delaware grapes from Motosawa, Yamagata City, which underwent 40 days of mille-feuille maceration, and three types of fully ripened Delaware macerated wines.
To bring out the fruitiness characteristic of Yamagata Delaware, the mille-feuille maceration extracts nuances from the grape skins, while the regular maceration extracts umami thoroughly at low temperatures.

Its aroma, richness, umami, and crispness make it enjoyable with various dishes.
