We use 100% Trebbiano grown in our own fields, which is very rare in Japan.
This is a bottle that embodies the potential of grapes that are brewed without supplementary sugar, without supplementary acid, and without heating.

Transparent straw yellow color with a slight amber tint.
Scents of lemon, mandarin, apricot, peach, mango-pineapple, citrus, stone fruit, and tropical.
It also has lemongrass, black tea, and hervey scents.

In the mouth, firm acidity and soft tannins create an overall structure and volume.
It feels a little oily, but the overall impression and length of the finish are medium to weak, making it a wine that is ready to drink now.

Highly compatible with peperoncino, margherita, white fish carpaccio, etc.
