The resulting awamori is left to rest for more than a year, and then the oil that floats to the surface is scooped out by hand using expert experience and intuition.

This vermicelli curry is awamori aged for 2-3 years .
When you pour it into a glass, it smells fragrant, and then it smells sweet like vanilla.
It has a deep and condensed taste with a soft mouthfeel that you won't mind the 30 degree degree.
