This sake is made from 90 % polished Nikomaru rice from Hirado and Hiran, which is brewed almost unpolished, and stored in cedar barrels to give it a cedar aroma.
The banana-like scent harmonizes with the cedar scent, giving you a comfortable feeling.
With a low alcohol content of 14 degrees, you won't get tired of drinking it, so please enjoy it quietly and comfortably as if you were bathing in the forest.
