This Junmai Daiginjo is made from Gohyakumangoku rice, which is suitable for sake brewing, and has been polished to less than 45 %.
The aroma and taste are well balanced, and you can enjoy the refreshing aftertaste typical of Gohyakumangoku.
This junmai daiginjo sake goes well with sashimi and grilled fish, making it perfect as a meal.
