Honshuichi Unfiltered Junmai Sake 1800ml
[Honshu No. 1 Unfiltered Junmai】
Our recommended Junmai sake with excellent cost performance
This sake brewery is located on the eastern edge of Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Using high-quality soft water pumped up from underground, Hiroshima Prefecture-grown sake-making rice " Senbon Nishiki " polished to a 65 % ratio , and Hiroshima Ginjo yeast, they produce sake with a rich flavor and a smooth texture.
By eliminating the activated carbon filtration process, the original flavor of the raw sake is retained more strongly.
This is an appealing sake with a gorgeous aroma derived from Hiroshima Ginjo yeast and a rich, full-bodied rice flavor.
・Brewery profile
Our company was founded in 1916 in a storehouse located in the eastern part of Hiroshima city .
Behind the brewery lies a rocky mountain called Mt. Iwataki, from which soft, high-quality water flows. The water used for brewing at Rosha is pumped up from a well dug on the premises, and is underground water from Mt. Iwataki.
