It is brewed using a ratio of 2/3 barley and 1/3 rice koji, a method that has been handed down for 500 years on Iki Island, the birthplace of barley shochu, and is distilled at normal pressure using white koji.
It was carefully aged in an earthenware jar for 18 years to create the ultimate barley shochu.

You can enjoy the softness that comes from aging and the delicious flavor reminiscent of brown honey.
The alcohol content is set at a slightly higher 30% so that it can be enjoyed on its own.
Of course, you can enjoy it on the rocks, but we also recommend that connoisseurs drink it straight.
