Kimoto-style shochu made in extremely small quantities using 100 % sweet potatoes

This Imo Koji Imo Kan-zukuri method is made using the "Ishin no Itteki Kimoto" method, but without even a small amount of rice koji, using " Imo Koji " instead.
To distill this shochu, we use a still used for general brewing, rather than a tubero still.
