Finally, the limited-distribution brand "Inazou" from Yamagata Masamune has arrived at our store for the first time!
This time it's a Christmas version ♪

Mitobe Shuzo started cultivating rice for sake production over 20 years ago. Based on the concept of "turning the rice grown by our own kurabito (brewery workers) into delicious sake," the "Inazou Series" symbolizes the history of the brewery.

This Christmas version uses 100% Dewa Sansan rice grown by Mitobe Shuzo. Coupled with the adorable label, it's one of the most popular seasonal Inazou products. When the lees are mixed in, it creates a celebratory, lightly cloudy sake with a strong effervescence.

It has a good balance of light sweetness and acidity, a moderately fruity flavor, and a bitter aftertaste. The sake quality is clear and transparent.
