Rich and rich sweet potato taste
The sweet potatoes used are fully ripened compost-grown potatoes grown by a dedicated farmer in Kobayashi City, Miyazaki Prefecture.
This sweet potato shochu is brewed with the soul of Mr. Nobuhisa Yasuda, a famous brewer, using Saga prefecture's sake brewing rice "Saikai 134 " and Kagoshima prefecture's "Yumejuiro".
We pay close attention to everything from the raw materials to the production process, and we mature them thoroughly to create a mellow and rich flavor.
The red part of the label is inspired by Sakurajima, the symbol of Kagoshima Prefecture.
