This is a limited edition spring sake brewed for only one tank , using the mysterious rice " Shiratama " for the kakemai and Yamada Nishiki from the special A region of Hyogo Prefecture for the koji rice .
Just the right amount of ginjo aroma, fresh taste and smooth aftertaste.
Sakata Sake Brewery's one of the best sakes with a harmonious combination of umami, sourness, and aroma.

This is an unfiltered unprocessed sake that is rarely released at Kamikimoto, and due to its high performance, this sake, whose name is based on the brewing number, is a very popular series that many people look forward to every year.
