Kyoei-do 2021 Autumn Release Claire

The wine is made mainly from 2021 Muscat Bailey A, with Kyoho, Koshu, and Merlot aged in medium and small barrels for around 10 months.

Light scarlet color.
The aroma of melon is accompanied by hints of lychee, grapefruit, pear, raspberry and violet, and herbs such as thyme are also prominent.

It has a light taste and the green aroma fills your mouth.
As the temperature rises, the aroma of red fruits and cedar nuts gradually increases, and the aftertaste is milky with a slight spice reminiscent of pink pepper.

Enjoy at a low temperature in a narrow glass.
