Made with 100% Koshu grapes from the Shioyama Kinzan and Koyashiki areas of Koshu City.
Koshu made from fermented and juiced sake is fermented and aged for approximately three months in large barrels and stainless steel tanks.
A faint scent of tanned leather.
Grapefruit and herb flavors.
The aftertaste is mildly sour and salty, making it a perfect match for hotpot dishes.
