Kyoeidou 2022 Shinsei Autumn Release Red

We use Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot harvested in the Uenoyama area of ​​Yamagata Prefecture, the Shiojiri area of ​​Nagano Prefecture, and Katsunuma, Koshu City.
Merlot is mostly carbonic maceration, while Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented at a low temperature for about 3 weeks.

A slightly dull light red color.
Almonds, hazelnuts, butter, peaches, roses, mulberries and Jojo have a fruity feel.
On the palate, it has green notes of hay and broccoli, as well as a sweet and sour taste similar to yogurt.
On the finish, you can feel spices like cinnamon and orange peel, and the aroma returns to yogurt and chocolate.

It goes well with Chinese sweet sauces, especially Chinese sweet sauces, such as Chinjao loin, shrimp chili, and spring rolls.
