A mildly sweet Japanese liqueur made with Japanese sake and Kabosu grown in Oita.The label on the front says, "It goes well with hot pot dishes, yakitori, okonomiyaki, ethnic, tofu, oden, dumplings, live fish dishes, dengaku, hormones, motsunabe, and more."
This "Kabosu Shibori" is really great with most dishes!
Appetizing kabosu aroma and juicy but sweet and sour taste.
The bitterness is accented with a nice feeling in it, making it a very elegant Japanese liqueur.
