[Kabosu Squeezed]

A sweet and sour Japanese liqueur that pairs perfectly with food!

This is a lightly sweet Japanese liqueur made with sake and kabosu fruit from Oita.
The front label says, "Suitable for hot pot dishes, grilled chicken, okonomiyaki, ethnic dishes, tofu, oden, gyoza, live fish dishes, dengaku, horumon, motsu nabe, and most other dishes."
This "Kabosu squeeze" goes really well with almost any dish!

The aroma of kabosu is appetizing and the flavor is juicy yet not cloyingly sweet and sour.
It has a nice bitterness that adds a nice accent, making it a very elegant Japanese liqueur.
