Aoki Sake Brewery is located in Niigata Prefecture, one of the heaviest snowfall areas in Japan. This is a sake brewery located in the Uonuma region. Since our founding in 1717 , we have continued to make sake without ceasing for 300 years. Aoki Sake Brewery's sake, typified by ``Tsuruyo,'' is produced using the various blessings of the snowy country and the traditional techniques of Echigo's chief brewer. Among Niigata's many types of sake, ``tanrei umakuchi,'' we aim to produce ``tanrei umakuchi,'' which retains the original flavor of sake rice, and we intend to pass on that flavor for the next 100 years.
