This sake is made with 100% Omachi rice grown jointly by contracted farmers and the brewery, and is luxuriously filled to the core.
Bottling is done to preserve as much carbon dioxide gas as possible from moromi fermentation.
It is characterized by the first impact when you put it in your mouth and the juicy feeling that is unique to Omachi rice.
The clear aftertaste makes it even easier to drink.
