This is a low-alcohol sparkling sake made using white peach yeast unique to Okayama Prefecture.
Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a natural, firm effervescence.
The elegant aroma of koji is refreshing, and the blend of sweetness and refreshing acidity creates a clean taste.

Perfect as a toast or to accompany Japanese or Western cuisine.
In addition, the alcohol content is low at around 5%, so it is recommended for those who are not very tolerant of alcohol and those who want to gulp it down.
