Konko Shuzo, the brewer behind Kamo Kanehide, is a brewery with outstanding techniques in brewing "Omachi" rice, known for its rich flavor. Their skilled techniques bring out the deep body and rich flavor of "Omachi" to the fullest.
The "Aizan" used in this product is a special sake rice that has "Yamada Nishiki", known as the king of sake rice, and "Omachi", Japan's oldest native rice. It is said to have a particularly strong lineage of "Omachi", so expectations are naturally high.
