Kamo Kinshu Apple Born in a Wooden Pail 720ml
[Ringo-san born in a wooden bucket by Kanehide Kamo]
A special sweet and sour duck made in a precious wooden barrel.
Uses Malic Acid High Production Yeast Association No. 77.
We use wooden barrels that have been dormant at Konko Sake Brewery for over 20 years and Omachi grown by the brewer.
The faint aroma of the wooden barrel, the sweetness when you put it in your mouth, and the strong yet light acidity that comes after that hits the spot, creating a perfect balance.
It is said that malic acid tastes better when chilled, which is called cold acid, so enjoy it chilled with meals during this hot and humid season.
