[North Island Warm frog No yeast additives, pure rice

This is a prototype, so the brewery is limited to 450 sho! It is a rare dry nigori sake.

It goes well with meals, and is recommended to be served at room temperature or warm.

The brewery chose this name because they wanted people to be able to enjoy hot sake at a variety of temperatures.
The name "white fogger" comes from the "frog" in "nigori sake ."
Upon further research, we found that white frogs have a positive meaning of " always moving forward " and in spiritual circles are considered to be auspicious and a symbol of good fortune, and are also known as "messengers of good luck."

The fact that White Frog is hard to come by seems to overlap with this sake, which is a prototype and therefore shipped in limited quantities...
