A special limited sake to conclude 2022 brewed with Kangiku Meijo's first sake rice "Ushu Homare"

The "Ushu Homare" used is a rare sake rice that was developed and nurtured over 18 years by Mr. Takagi of Takagi Sake Brewery, who is famous for his 14th generation.
Together with Ryu no Otoko and Sake Mirai, it is said to be Takagi Sake Brewery's trilogy of sake rice.
Kangiku Meijo is the first Junmai Daiginjo to use the precious "Ushu Homare".

This sake is filled with the wish that "drinkers can enjoy the end and beginning of the year with a flat feeling, as if they are looking at the magnificent horizon from Kujukuri Beach."
It is brewed with the aim of creating a highly versatile sake that brings out the umami that is typical of Kangiku, while also giving it a sharp edge during times when even those who do not normally drink sake have many opportunities to drink it.

We recommend not only white wine glasses, but also ceramics and sake cups because the label color is conscious of Japanese food.
