The sake was squeezed on February 29th, processed in the shortest possible time, and released in a super fresh state.

The last time 4 years ago was ``Kangiku Haruhi -Special Yell-'' , which had the same specs as Yamada Nishiki x Akaiwa Omachi 50% polished rice, but this time we used Gohyakumangoku from Chiba Prefecture, 29 in honor of Leap Day. The spec is % rice polishing.
