Light and natural taste

Merlot grapes, grown robustly in our own Kaze no Vineyard, are slowly and naturally fermented with wild yeasts, then aged for one year in old barrels.

Enjoy a light and natural taste, crafted as naturally as possible.

Rita Farm & Winery is a small winery run by a husband and wife, the third to open in Yoichi, Hokkaido.
All of their varietal wines use 100% grapes from their own vineyard, and to pursue terroir, they practice winemaking through natural fermentation with wild yeasts.
Even during wine transfer, they use only gravity to avoid stress on the wine, and bottling is also done using a gravity-fed filling machine.
