Super dry autumn seasoning that goes well with fish dishes

This special pure rice sake is made from 100 % rice grown in the Tosa Reihoku region and has a refreshingly dry taste ( sake level + 11) .

When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the mellow flavor that has been aged for over a summer, followed by the spiciness. Rather than being sharply spicy, it's an ultra-dry fall flavor that has an elegant and soft flavor, but still has a sharp kick.
It goes well with fish dishes such as bonito tataki, sashimi, and boiled fish.

・About Tosa Sake Brewery
Since our founding in 1877 in the mountainous Tosa Reihoku region of northern Kochi Prefecture , we have strived to produce high-quality sake in an environment of abundant water and clear air. The sake brewery is located in Tosa Town, Tosa District, Kochi Prefecture, and is surrounded by a tranquil natural environment on the shores of Lake Saakeura, which is the source of the Yoshino River that flows through the center of Shikoku and is said to be the water bottle of Shikoku. All of our sake rice is grown in the rice terraces in the mountains of the Tosa Reihoku region, where our sake brewery is located, and we strive to produce sake that pleases the people who drink it by hand in small quantities.
