[Keizuki Super Dry Special Junmai 60 Summer Nama Sake]

This is a ``summer Nama Sake'' where you can enjoy the crisp, refreshing dryness, flavor and richness of Nama Sake.
Made with 100% sake rice grown in terraced rice fields in the Tosa Minekita area, it has a refreshing and dry finish.

It goes particularly well with fish dishes such as seared bonito, sashimi, and stewed fish, and is a drink that can be enjoyed while eating.

・About Tosa Sake Brewery Since its establishment in 1877 in the Tosa Reihoku region, a mountainous area in the northern part of Kochi Prefecture, we have strived to produce high-quality sake in an environment of abundant water and clear air.
The sake brewery is located in Tosa Town, Tosa District, Kochi Prefecture, and is surrounded by a tranquil natural environment on the shores of Lake Saakeura, which is the source of the Yoshino River that flows through the center of Shikoku and is said to be the water bottle of Shikoku.
All of our sake rice is grown in the rice terraces in the mountains of the Tosa Reihoku region, where our sake brewery is located, and we strive to produce sake that pleases the people who drink it by hand in small quantities.
