All Fukui Prefecture Junmai Ginjo sake brewed with Fukui Prefecture yeast using 100% Fukui Prefecture Gohyakumangoku.
It is slightly dry and has the umami of rice that is unique to unfiltered sake, and has a unique depth of flavor that is unique to unfiltered sake.
It has a rich and firm taste, so it goes well with dishes with a strong flavor such as grilled meat and boiled fish.
It is amber in color because it is not filtered with charcoal, but there is no problem with the quality.
