Potato shochu with the name of the famous sword used by Shinsengumi captain Isami Kondo
Atmospheric distillation using black koji. And I've been storing it in a jar for more than 3 months.
It is a sweet potato shochu that brings out the full flavor of black rice malt while having a mellow mouthfeel.
Although it has a strong and punchy taste, it is also mellow and well-balanced because it is blended with jar-preserved undiluted sake.
Water and rocks are of course recommended, especially hot water.
