A sweet potato shochu named after the famous sword used by Shinsengumi leader Kondo Isami

It is distilled at atmospheric pressure using black koji and stored in earthenware jars for more than three months.
This is an imo shochu that has a mellow mouthfeel but brings out the strong flavor unique to black koji to the fullest.

Although it has a strong, punchy flavor, it is also blended with raw sake stored in earthenware jars, giving it a mellow and well-balanced taste.
We recommend drinking it with water or on the rocks, but especially with hot water.
