100 % carefully selected Koshu rice from Katsunuma Town is used, and slowly fermented at a low temperature in a stainless steel tank. It is then blended with barrel fermented wine and bottled.
It is characterized by a citrus scent like yuzu and mandarin oranges and a modest barrel scent.
It has a good balance of firm fruit and acidity, and a pleasant scent lingers for a long time.
