Carefully expressing the individuality of Koshu grapes

We use 100 % carefully selected Koshu grapes from Katsunuma Town , and slowly ferment them at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. It is then blended with barrel-fermented wine and bottled.

It is characterized by citrus aromas such as yuzu and mandarin orange, and a subtle oak aroma.
It has a good balance between firm fruit flavor and acidity, with a pleasant aroma that lingers for a long time.
