Hand-made shochu Kurotsubaki is a sweet potato shochu that has been carefully made by skilled Kurose brewers using the old-fashioned traditional Muro-koji hand-made method and aged in the cave "Ochihamatsu Storage" for a long time.

You can enjoy a pleasant aftertaste with a soft and gentle mouthfeel, a gentle scent, and a calm flavor.

The cave used for storage is a horizontal cave with a height of about 3 meters and a length of 30 meters, which is hollowed out in the mountain behind the storehouse.
There is little temperature difference and air convection throughout the year, and the temperature and humidity are kept constant, providing good conditions for storing and aging shochu.
