The raw sake tends to be heavy, but we added softness by aging it over the summer.
Its slightly yellowish color, mellow sweetness, aroma, and rich rice flavor are all enjoyable along with its fresh sweetness.
Regular Kuroushi Junmai sake uses Yamadanishiki rice for the koji rice and Gohyakumangoku rice for the rice used, but this sake is a limited edition version brewed exclusively for authorized dealers that uses only Yamadanishiki rice.
And what's more, this is a special hiyaoroshi that is filled with only the center part of the rice.
This autumn sake made with black beef has a smooth texture and a beautiful sweetness and flavor.
