When I tried to make cola and use that syrup as a secondary ingredient, it turned out that cola also had dregs.
Cola dregs are like sake lees in Japanese sake, such as spices, citrus husks, and syrup dregs that are produced during the cola manufacturing process.
Unlike sake lees, let's turn cola dregs, which are discarded, into delicious sake. Think of this
LIBROM COLA was created.

The source of the cola lees is the original craft cola "Tomo Cola", a brand created by a perfumer in 2018, which uses only 100% natural materials and produces completely additive-free cola.
"Tomo Cola" aims to return to the origin of cola, which was drunk as a medicinal drink, and to revamp cola, which has become unhealthy.

LIBROM GINGER As the second in the spice series following Ginger, this sake aims to be an elegant cola.
The flavor of the cola lees gives it a punch, so we designed the base liquor with a milder sourness than usual and a gentler sweetness. I add the taste of cola there and balance it.

You can feel the flavor of various spices such as the original citrus, cinnamon and cardamom of cola, which was drunk as a medicinal drink.
