Craft salmon with a gentle pink color that is perfect for this season

Amaou and Hibiscus Roselle from Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture are used to create a vivid pink color inspired by cherry blossoms.
The natural strawberry scent fills your mouth with a gentle and natural strawberry flavor even after you put it in your mouth.

The secondary ingredient, Amaou, is a strawberry carefully grown at Uruu Farm in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
This uruu farm is certified as a special cultivation with a certification rate of 1% (called eco-agricultural products in Fukuoka Prefecture).

Hibiscus Roselle, another secondary ingredient, is from Garden Arte, which is also familiar with LIBROM's only standard liquor , LIBROM Lemon Verbena .
Hibiscus roselle is used in hibiscus tea, etc., and has the property of turning red when it reacts with acid.
By making good use of its properties, it is finished in a spring-inspired pink color by adding it to the unrefined mash along with Amaou.
