By pasteurizing the bottle with a pasteurizer (high-performance pasteurization equipment), it retains the freshness of raw sake, and immediately after opening the bottle, you can feel a tingly gas on your tongue .

The acidity from the back of the mouth nicely tightens the flavor of the soft rice that spreads just the right amount, making it a refreshing dry sake with a refreshing kick.
