A fruity orange wine with a distinctive grape flavour

This wine has a slight orange color and fully brings out the rich aroma, flavor, and pigments present in the Koshu grape skin.

Deep yellow with an orange tint.
The aroma is rich and voluminous, with complex notes of fruit such as pear and white peach, as well as honey and white flowers.
It has a fresh fruit flavor, with a slight sweetness and pleasant astringency that spreads richly throughout the mouth, and a strong astringency from the skin lingers in the aftertaste, giving the wine a depth and three-dimensional feel.

It is a wine that pairs exceptionally well with hotpot dishes, such as oyster gratin, white fish meunière, mushroom ajillo, and sweet and sour pork, and goes well with a wide range of Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisine.
