Harmonizing the two characteristics of “strength” and “softness” of Cabernet Sauvignon and Muscat Bailey A from Hosaka Town, Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture through aging in French oak barrels. The result is a well-balanced red wine with a hint of oak.

The Hosaka district of Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, is located at the foot of Mt. Chigatake, which rises from the northwest corner of the triangular Kofu basin. The southwestern slope of the foot of the mountain at an altitude of 400 to 700m belongs to a cool climate zone with long hours of sunshine and little rain. It has a strong "flavour".
