Hon mirin with high-quality sweetness and richness made using domestically produced glutinous rice

We carefully select glutinous rice produced in Japan using an environmentally friendly cultivation method, use rice koji grown locally in Aichi Prefecture, and use authentic shochu brewed and distilled in-house, and aged for a long period of two years.
This is authentic mirin with the same quality as before the war, when mirin was very expensive.

A rich aroma with a sharp, refreshing sweetness and a lingering natural flavor.
It's so delicious that you can drink it, and it has an elegant, sharp sweetness, and a good shine. The rice has plenty of flavor and richness that brings out the characteristics of the ingredients.
