[mii Orange Koshu 2022]

A gentle orange wine that pairs well with everyday Japanese ingredients

Made using Koshu grapes grown in Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and contains no added antioxidants (sulfites).
By allowing the berries to come into contact with the skins for a longer period of time and lowering the extraction temperature, we have produced a pale orange wine.

It has a faint citrus scent and a slight fizz when you put it in your mouth.
At first, you get the citrus flavor typical of Koshu, but then you're immediately followed by the bitter taste of fruit skin, typical of fermented wine.

It has a crisp acidity and a refreshing aftertaste.
