This is our most popular potato shochu with a mellow taste and sharpness.
In order to make the most of the characteristics of Kogane Sengan, the raw whiskey is stored in special tanks and aged using the Shitsugi method, a traditional aging method for Awamori.
For the mixed water, we use natural spring water from Nanakubo and store it in our own wooden tank to make it mellow.
You can fully enjoy the umami with a rough filtered brew that reduces filtration as much as possible.
