This is our most popular sweet potato shochu, which is mellow, flavorful, and sharp.
In order to make the most of the characteristics of Kogane Sengan, the unprocessed sake is stored in a special tank and is stored and aged using the Shitsugi method, which is the traditional aging method for awamori.
For the water we use, we use natural spring water from Nanakubo, which is further stored in our own wooden water tank to make it mellow.
The rough filtration method minimizes filtration so you can fully enjoy the flavor.
