Potato shochu with deep flavor, sweetness and aroma.
Slow aging brings out the umami of the sweet potato shochu, making it mellow and flavorful.

We used the same jars that were used to prepare the shochu at the time of our founding, and thanks to the yeast in the brewery, we were able to continue to preserve the tradition of handcrafted shochu.
We feel that our brewery has been part of the history of Kaida.
Marunishi Sake Brewery will continue to devote ourselves to making delicious shochu.
It is my sincere desire to be a brewery that contributes to the development of Shibushi, my hometown, through the production of shochu.
