[Care Fit Farm Winery Naked Kohaku 2022 ~ Naked Amber 2022 ~​

A completely natural orange wine that pairs well with a wide range of dishes.

Made using 100% Koshu grapes from our own farm in Katsunuma.
No antioxidants are added, it is fermented with wild yeast and finished unfiltered.
No pesticides are used in the fields, and only lime sulphur and Bordeaux mixture are used as pesticides, and pests are exterminated by hand.

The temperature during fermentation is left to stand naturally, and after 12 days of fermentation the juice is pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks for six months.

It has a well-balanced aroma of white peach, apricot, and Darjeeling, and the astringency of Koshu.
It goes well with stir-fried pork or chicken, Japanese food in general, and mild Chinese food.
