Using 100 % Muscat Bailey A from our own farm in Katsunuma , fermented with natural yeast without antioxidants.
In order to deepen the color and flavor, we perform saignée to remove only the juice and finish it without filtration.

A well-balanced wine with a strawberry-like aroma and fresh acidity.
It goes well with soup stock-based stews, soy sauce-based stews, and simply seasoned pork and chicken dishes.
