[Tsuyahime No Nandodemo Junmai Ginjo]

It was introduced on the popular TV show "Tabi Salad" and was highly praised by Noriyuki Higashiyama. The brewery's signature brand product!

This is a collaborative product between students from the Department of Planning and Concept, Faculty of Design Engineering, Tohoku University of Technology and Higashi no Fumoto Sake Brewery, based on the desire to "get young people to know about and drink delicious Japanese sake."

The product name "Nandodemo" was chosen to take advantage of the fact that Tsuyahime rice is delicious both when it's freshly cooked and when it's cold, and to convey the meaning that it's "delicious at any temperature" and "enjoyable no matter how many times you drink it."

It has a smooth texture and is easy to drink, so it is also recommended as an introduction to sake.
