[Neko Geisha Junmai Ginjo]

Limited edition sake available only at select liquor stores

From the back label
Bekebenbenben. The mysterious sound of the shamisen resonates once again tonight.
At this time, Tama, who is sure to be fifteen years old, is not there.
And for some reason, my father's evening drink has dwindled significantly.
In fact, I saw it a few days ago.
Tama is seen enjoying playing the shamisen in the moonlight in the field behind the house.
And all around us, we could hear the squeals of old cats getting excited with alcohol...
Will Tama and the others become "nekomata" from now on?
Truly, the most frightening thing is the devil.

About Sasaichi Sake Brewery
Located in Otsuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, it was founded as Hanadaya in 1661 .
Hisashi Amano, who later inherited Hanada-ya and became the first head brewer, renamed the brewery Sasaichi Sake Brewery in 1919 and has a history of over 300 years .
The brewing water used comes from an underground spring that originates from Mount Fuji where the brewery is located. This water was chosen by Emperor Meiji to carry with him when he traveled from Tokyo to Kyoto, and is known as "Gozen-mizu."
They place the utmost importance on the relationship with food , and rather than emphasizing individuality, they decide on the flavor after considering sake as a beverage.
