[Kankiku OCEAN 99 Series Daikai-Arrival- Junmai Ginjo]

This is the only Kankiku sake advertised as an autumn sake!

It has a mild, fruity aroma of pineapple.
One bite and you'll taste a concentrated, well-rounded, juicy flavor.
Then, a beautiful acidity appears and tightens the whole thing up.

It was named "Arrival" after the image of an airplane landing after passing over the Kujukuri skyline, dyed orange by the setting sun.
This is assumed to occur at night after the Bon Festival, when the wind gradually begins to become more comfortable.
We aim to end the summer with a Kankiku Meishu style wine that is light yet deep.

From the official special website for the Kankiku OCEAN99 series : The Kujukurihama coast, close to our brewery, shows different faces with each season, conveying the local climate.
We believe that one of the meanings of brewing sake here is to understand and express that climate, including the sense of the seasons.
Just as the food we eat and our body's cravings change with each season, the alcohol we suggest should also change daily.
This is a seasonal limited series that expresses something unique to Japan and this region.
