About raw rice
■ Protect the rice field
In addition to our own naturally cultivated rice fields that do not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers, we also contract cultivation with 8 groups within the prefecture and 2 groups outside the prefecture. Fertilizer-free natural cultivation that returns only what is harvested from the rice field, such as rice straw, rice husks, and grass on the ridge. Weeding uses Nakano-style weeding and Kabuto-ebi. Niida Honke Aguri, an agricultural production corporation, was established on April 25, 2009, and was certified as an organic agricultural product ( Organic JAS ) on September 14 , 2009 .
■ Protect water
We only use natural water from the Takenouchi well (hard water) near our own fields and Mizunuri no Yusui (soft water) from our own mountains. Natural water is also used for washing rice and cleaning tanks. Equipment that meets strict water quality standards for wastewater treatment from rice and bottle washing, and 95% use of reusable bottles that can be washed and reused without breaking. * All radioactivity inspection products
